An acceptable discharge plan/DLTP for Sanjay was precisely the family’s entire battle with BRMC (a Medicare reimbursement recipient, hence required to adhere to federal law about producing such an acceptable discharge plan by law) and NJ’s corrupt medical establishment, to deny him which he was abducted six years ago today


Sanjay similarly unlawfully deprived of core rights and liberty. He had personally appointed his family as his Guardian (as opposed to a judge) under his
